Edgar looked out for me by allowing me to split the difference so that I could buy a kitten milk powered formula for my kitty. They saved my kittens life. 24hour pet store so convenient in manhattan. I’ll be a loyal costumer from here on in. Thank you all so much.

The best pet shop there is! They literally have everything you need here. Delivery is quick and easy. Owner responds within a few minutes. Customer service is A++++! Had a bad experience with some pet shop on 49th due to a rude male owner and became super picky with my pet shops. So happy to have found a rare find in NYC where I can get 24/7 delivery for my pets! Owner's customer service was really amazing even though it was like 5am!!!! Great for busy pet parents that don't have the luxury of working a 9-5 in this economy and have an odd schedule. Also happy to support minority and women owned businesses!
